They are also among the most enduring and beloved films in any genre. No matter the label or the type: boy meets girl, screwball, chick flicks, bromance, or mumblecore, RomCom is about guilty pleasure and innocent fun.
So what lies deeper? This course is a study in the language of cinematic romance and the meanings it carries.
